Performance Evaluation Exercise Exeter Analytical was recently placed in positions 1,2, & 3 in an independent Royal Society of Chemistry, Micro Analytical Group testing program. Download PowerPoint presentation Exeter Analytical has always claimed their system has superior performance when compared with other systems on the market. This test was on a simple organic material our advantage would only become greater the more difficult the sample became. It is our understanding that there will be another test on a more difficult sample, we look forward to being able to take part in it. There is no better way to show an instruments true performance than by independent testing programs. To be fair this test was not a comprehensive testing program to try and define the best analyser on the market. It was a program to enable individual analysts to compare their data with other analysts and potentially identify any weaknesses that they were not aware of. There were a number of variables in the program but the fact that the CE440 was in positions 1,2 & 3 we feel is significant and goes some way to confirming our view that the CE440 with its horizontal furnace design has a performance edge on other systems in the market.
